How long after the subscription eInvoicing service is effective ?
It is effective immediately and you receive a confirmation by email.
I've just subscribed to eInvoicing service. When will I receive my first electronic invoice?
You will receive your next electronic invoice at the date on which you would have received your paper invoice, depending on your usual invoicing frequency
I have subscribed to the PDF invoicing service but I have received my invoice by mail
If your subscription is too close to your next invoice date, it is possible that you may receive your next invoice in paper format. The following invoices will be in electronic format. If the problem persists, do not hesitate to contact our Customer Service Team on 2946 2233.
What will happen if I do not log onto my account after the invoice has been issued?
Each invoice is sent to you by email in PDF format and is stored in your dedicated Lyreco e-safe. You are able to check your invoices regularly.
What happens to my archived electronic invoices if I decide to change supplier?
Even if you change supplier you will be able to access your electronic invoices for the length of the legal archiving period.
Is it necessary to archive my electronic bills by myself?
No. We archive your invoices for you for the length of the legal archiving period.
What software do I need to read my electronic invoices?
Your electronic invoice are written in PDF format. If you can not open a PDF file, you can download the free Adobe Reader directly from the Adobe website.
Is access to my electronic invoices secure?
Yes. Each access is personalised and requires a login and password.
Can I unsubscribe to PDF invoicing service?
You can unsuscribe to eInvoicing service at any time and free of charge by contacting your Customer Service Team 2946 2233.
If I unsubscribe, can I view and download my old invoices?
Even after cancellation you can still keep access to your electronic invoices during the entire lawful archiving duration.
I still receive my invoices in electronic format whereas I unsubscribed to eInvoicing service?
