How do I search for a product?
Simple. You can do this in several ways: Step 1: If you know the Lyreco product code or manufacturer's part number, type it into 'Search or Add to cart quickly' field by top of the page. You'll be displayed with a quick add to basket panel. Click the basket icon to quickly add the proposed item to your basket, if you require more information about the item click on the product description to access the product details page. Don't know all of the product code? No problem. Type in what you do know and our search should find what you need. You can also search with one or more keywords, or a brand's name. The search result page has been designed to simplify the selection for products. You are now able to filter the search on multiple criteria and show up the product in different views from lists of products to image views. Step 2: Once you've found what you want, click and you'll go to the product page. You'll see a photo of the product, along with information such as specification, price, large product picture, etc.
Please Note Not all product pages have all of these elements.
Step 3: Once you're satisfied, click on the shopping basket icon to add the product to the basket.
How do I create a Favourite List?
You can create a Favourite list with these easy steps:
Step 1: Once you've built your order, click the 'Shopping Cart' icon. This will take you to your order form.
Step 2: Click 'Add to My Favourites', located on the top of your order form.
Step 3: Press 'Create new List'
Step 4: Enter a name for your new favourite list, a description to help you identify it in the future. You can also define if you want to keep your list private or to share the list with your peers (select the inherated option) as well as the whole organisation (select the shared option)
Step 5: Press 'Create a List'
Step 6: If adding to an existing parts list, select the targetted list from the multiple options and press 'Confirm'
Alternatively you can click on 'My Dashboard' and then select 'My Favourites' and click find. Then select 'Create new List' and enter a name for your new favourite list and press save.

I already know the product code I am looking for, how can I create my order quickly?
If you already know the Lyreco product code for the item you want, save time using 'Quick Order' on the homepage, located on the right-hand side of your screen, next to the shopping basket. Enter the product reference and the desired quantities line by line. Then click on 'Add to Order'. Alternatively, you can enter the Lyreco's product references and the quantities directly into the shopping basket screen.

How do I return a product?
To return goods simply create a new email to our Customer Service team with your username and account number within 30 days following the initial purchase order. You need to let us know which order the goods were placed on. We also need to know the product codes and quantities of each item you would like to return. If you wish to order replacement items again make this known in your email or you can simply place a new order for them. If you prefer, you can telephone our Customer Services department on 902.100.016.
